Text Box: All Star Abatement completed City Hall Abatement Friday, December 20th Central Services and CAPA have contracted with Energia to re-insulate the attic space.  Energia is scheduled to be onsite January 2nd-8th.  Staff are able to occupy the building during this process.  Therefore we are going to move the 1st floor staff back after the New Year.  Once the re-insulation is completed, we will bring back the 2nd floor. We are waiting on the second floor as the contractor has to access the attic through the 2nd floor/Mayor's office.   Tentative Move-Back Schedule
